I have some difficulties to tighten bolts, especially the smaller M6 and M8 ones can have hard times.
Same story with the door hinges, I tighten them like crazy because I thought the doors would fly off. This resulted in a broken thread end.
At first sight it doesn’t sound dramatic but to remove this piece from the door, you have to rape all physic laws. Those who designed this fixation had either a weak moment or never assumed that it needed to be replaced.
In a creative mood we replaced the thread end with a welding nut, so there is a bit more space to install and remove.
So finally the doors is fixed securely again.
